How We Work
WHAT DRIVES THIS TEAM
Every decision starts with one question: does this register more Brothers? If the answer is no, we don’t do it.
We track every registration, every dollar, and every outcome. No guesswork. No performative action. Just measurable impact.
This organization was built to register Black men. Every decision we make reflects that responsibility.
We Are Growing

VoteBrother is building out its national team. If you are driven by the mission — not the paycheck — and you want to spend your professional energy on something that genuinely matters, we want to hear from you.

Express Interest →Build and manage VoteBrother’s corporate partnership pipeline. You are comfortable in a boardroom and a barbershop. You understand civic investment language and you close.
Express Interest →Keep VoteBrother running — ambassador tracking, vendor management, event logistics, and reporting. Detail-oriented, systems-minded, and mission-driven.
Express Interest →Own VoteBrother’s digital registration funnel, social strategy, and online organizing. You know how to reach young Black men where they actually are — not where institutions think they are.
Express Interest →Lead VoteBrother’s ground game in Georgia — our highest-priority swing state. Deep roots in the Atlanta metro and surrounding communities. Experience in voter registration or civic organizing required.
